Employment Type: One Day a Week to Increase to Full-Time as patient load increases. From the start, you will experience on-site shadowing from a medical provider who has over 16 years of expert hands-on experience.

Position Overview
Ideally, we are seeking a licensed medical provider with experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and aesthetic injectables to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values individualized care, long-term patient relationships, and ongoing professional development in both wellness and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy
- Prescribe and monitor HRT protocols in alignment with current medical guidelines
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.) with a focus on natural results
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, education, and informed consent
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care and patient experience
- Work with a team of women who support each other to achieve our professional and financial goals
- Stay current with advancements in hormone therapy and aesthetic medicine
- In addition to your clinical treatments, a social presence is essential and expected for current and prospective patients to showcase your expertise.
Qualifications
- Active Maine license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO
- Clinical experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables required
- Strong understanding of patient safety, anatomy, and medical ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for women’s health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine
Preferred (but not required)
- Prior experience in a medical aesthetic or wellness practice
- Advanced injectable training or certifications
- Experience working with perimenopausal and menopausal patients
