Aesthetic Injector & Hormone Replacement Provider (PA/NP)
About the role
We're looking for an experienced, patient-focused aesthetic medicine provider who is a team player and a great communicator. You thoroughly understand facial anatomy and deliver results with safety and consistency. Ideally, you also have experience in hormone replacement therapy.
The role starts one day a week and grows to full time as your patient load increases. From the start, you'll shadow on site with a provider who has over 16 years of expert hands-on experience.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients on hormone replacement therapy
- Prescribe and monitor HRT protocols in line with current guidelines
- Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers and more) with a focus on natural results
- Lead thorough consultations, patient education and informed consent
- Keep accurate, compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team on a high standard of care
- Stay current on advances in hormone therapy and aesthetic medicine
- Build a social media presence that showcases your expertise to current and prospective patients
What you bring
- Active Maine license as an NP, PA, MD or DO
- Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience (required)
- Hormone replacement therapy experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong grasp of patient safety, facial anatomy and medical ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for women's health, wellness and aesthetic medicine
Nice to have
- Prior med spa or wellness practice experience
- Advanced injectable training or certifications
- Experience with perimenopausal and menopausal patients

Angela Coton

Angela has been in aesthetics since 2003 and practicing as a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant since 2010. She trained in Facial Plastics and ENT alongside seven surgeons on Boston’s North Shore before founding Soothe to bring science, art and comfort together.
New providers learn side by side with her, from consults and anatomy to the follow-up visits that keep patients coming back.
